General Foreman Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Foreman to join our Construction team in the Severn Trent region. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe management of site activities on smaller projects.

Reporting directly to the Senior Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and controlling initial site set-up, including the installation of framework systems and procedures.
  • Applying and enforcing methods and controls to optimize the use of resources.
  • Assessing security risks and implementing security measures to protect company assets.
  • Supporting the Site Manager in maintaining and enforcing safety standards, as required by statute and company policy.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) policies and procedures.

As a General Foreman, you will be responsible for working closely with the Site Manager to achieve project goals and objectives.
