About the Role
As an experienced Inventory Controller, you will take ownership of our inventory control processes to achieve 100% stock accuracy. You will develop and implement effective cycle count processes to eliminate the need for traditional stocktakes and lead cross-functional teams to optimize inventory accuracy and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a razor-sharp focus on stock accuracy and thrives on developing robust systems and processes. They are well-versed in ERP systems and have expertise in revolutionizing how inventory is managed. This role presents an opportunity to lead transformative initiatives that ensure stock accuracy while implementing sustainable practices to future-proof operations.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of inventory control processes to elevate them to achieve 100% stock accuracy
- Develop and implement effective cycle count processes to eliminate the need for traditional stocktakes
- Lead, organize, and oversee stocktakes when required, ensuring smooth execution and reliable results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory accuracy and reporting

What We Offer
