We are seeking a skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Endeavour Group.

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be passionate about inventory management and stock control.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Helping to build a culture that prioritizes people development and creates excitement around inventory control and stock movement;
  2. Creating succession plans for your team and delivering regular training to inspire them to continuously improve;
  3. Elevating your team through coaching and mentoring, empowering them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels;
  4. Cultivating an environment that values diversity and enables your team to thrive;
  5. Sharing your knowledge with others on the effective link between inventory management and revenue growth;
  6. Using your planning and organizational skills to keep your team on track and drive great outcomes.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including an exclusive discount card for Endeavour Group brands and access to our Employee Assistance Program.
