About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Outreach Manager to join our team at Sibylline Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing outreach strategies to source and develop new business opportunities and help expand our client base and market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing outreach strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Position Sibylline Ltd to develop a business development pipeline and generate sales in new adjacent markets via effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform outreach strategies and ensure our value proposition is effectively communicated.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators related to client outreach and business development.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our company's products and services, as well as market and customer needs.
  • Identify and participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Produce high-quality written content to articulate our value proposition, including external marketing materials and core communications templates.
  • Develop marketing campaign strategy and content to be implemented by our Tech and Social Media team colleagues.
  • Coordinate on social media and email campaigns to ensure messaging effectively communicates key themes and goals.
  • Research new markets and messaging to land with those industries.
  • Identify and develop speaking opportunities for our subject matter experts.
  • Identify and manage new organization engagement opportunities, including events, sponsorships, and other activities.
  • Responsible for the overall management of the Relationship Branch's support to company events, including marketing and promotional materials, cross-team collaboration, and follow-up activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, business/client communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in an electronic environment and utilize technology to deliver information.
  • Proficiency in methods of information acquisition, including the use of online information databases, tools, and resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with English fluency.
  • Critical thinker, oriented toward continuous improvement, with a history of taking initiative and genuine intellectual curiosity.
Nice to Have
  • Pre-existing knowledge of the risk/security intelligence industry.
  • Professional and/or academic background in practitioner elements of geopolitics, intelligence, business continuity, and corporate resilience.
  • Brings a diversity of industry contacts to catalyze outreach into new target markets.
