About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Outreach Manager to join our team at Sibylline Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing outreach strategies to source and develop new business opportunities and help expand our client base and market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing outreach strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Produce compelling messaging that articulates our value proposition and communicates our unique selling points
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform outreach strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators related to client outreach and engagement
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as market and customer needs
  • Identify and participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate leads
  • Produce high-quality written content to articulate our value proposition and communicate our key messages
  • Develop marketing campaign strategy and content to be implemented by our Tech and Social Media team colleagues
  • Coordinate on social media and email campaigns to ensure messaging effectively communicates key themes and goals
  • Research new markets and messaging to land with those industries
  • Identify and develop speaking opportunities for our subject matter experts
  • Identify and manage new organization engagement opportunities (events, sponsorships, etc.)
  • Responsible for the overall management of our Relationship Branch's support to company events, including but not limited to:
  • Developing marketing and promotional materials
  • Managing cross-team collaboration on various facets of planning, execution, and follow-up activities
  • Coordinating within the Relationship Branch to ensure targeted leads and clients are invited, organizing the engagement and follow-up activities after the event, maintaining trend analysis on the BD opportunities gained from events
  • On occasion, the individual must manage calls or projects outside of traditional business hours
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related degree of study
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, business/client communications, or a related field
  • Ability to thrive in an electronic environment and utilize technology to deliver information
  • Proficiency in methods of information acquisition, including the use of online information databases, tools and resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and (preferred) experience with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; adaptable to conquering new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal, with English fluency) and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinker, oriented toward continuous improvement, with a history of taking initiative and genuine intellectual curiosity
  • You will be oriented toward continuous improvement - of both your own work product and of the team as a whole
Nice to Have
  • Pre-existing knowledge of the risk/security intelligence industry
  • Professional and/or academic background in practitioner elements of geopolitics, intelligence, business continuity and corporate resilience
  • Brings a diversity of industry contacts to catalyze outreach into new target markets
