Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team at N Family Club. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery and the delivery of exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in the overall management of the nursery, including staff supervision, budgeting, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the nursery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to childcare and education.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the nursery's curriculum and activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an early years setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, children, and parents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and education, with a passion for early years development.
