KS2 Primary Classroom Educator

We are seeking an exceptional KS1/KS2 Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Merton.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons for KS1/KS2 pupils in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Implement innovative teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the holistic development of each child.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and continuous professional development opportunities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience teaching KS1/KS2 pupils with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- A commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and technology integration in the classroom.
- Additional qualifications or specialisms in relevant areas.
