Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: England, Greater London, Merton
Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours
Primary Industry: Education and Training
Salary: £150 - £250 Per day

Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
- Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans
- Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment
- Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback to regular teachers
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Enhanced DBS check
- Right to work in the UK
Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience: Previous experience teaching in a classroom setting preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Effective classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in specific subject areas
- Experience working as a supply teacher
Working Conditions:
- Work in various schools within the Merton area
- Full-time hours, typically between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Potential for travel between different school locations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
