Join Our Team as a Beauty Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Beauty Advisor in Kingston. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience.

About the Role

  • Provide personalized consultations to customers to understand their beauty needs and preferences
  • Offer expert advice on our products and services, including hair care, skin care, and makeup
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informed recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment

Qualifications and Experience

  • No prior experience or qualifications are required, as we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • Experience styling with hot tools is desirable but not essential
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
