Estée Lauder - Beauty Advisor - Bentalls - 15 Hours

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Bentalls. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized experience for each customer, and selling our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and inspiring customers to achieve their beauty goals.
  • Combine creative and technical expertise to create a unique and personalized experience for each customer.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create impact with in-store events and ensure the store meets high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
  • An approachable and friendly personality.
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them and understanding their needs to best cater to them.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • While preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
