Exciting Opportunity at Yard and Groom

We are seeking a passionate and experienced riding coach to join our team at Yard and Groom, a highly respected BHS-approved equestrian centre in London.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer care and teaching riding skills to clients of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach riding school and livery clients in all disciplines, providing a high-quality customer experience
  • Deliver riding lessons to adults and children, with a focus on safety and welfare
  • Work flexible hours, including daytime and evening shifts, with a minimum of 6 hours per week, including a weekend day
  • Support the safety and welfare of horses, staff, and clients, adhering to Yard and Groom's health and safety policy
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training, including BHS training

Requirements:

  • Hold BHS Stage 2 teach or above (or equivalent)
  • Be committed to the role and reliable
  • Hold First Aid certification and a DBS check
