Exciting Opportunity at Yard and Groom

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic riding instructor to join our team at Yard and Groom, a highly respected BHS approved equestrian centre in London.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and delivering excellent customer care. They will be responsible for coaching riding school and livery clients in all disciplines, providing a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver riding lessons to clients of all ages and abilities
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of horses, students, staff, and clients
  • Support safe working practices and adhere to the Employer's Health & Safety policy
  • Understand and uphold Yard and Groom's policy and ethos
  • Communicate effectively with the Centre Manager and other staff members

Requirements:

  • BHS Stage 2 teach or above (or equivalent)
  • Commitment to the role and reliability
  • Current First Aid certification
  • DBS check

Salary: Dependent on experience
