Job Summary

The Financial Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing financial data, generating reports, and streamlining processes. This includes maintaining accurate records, resolving discrepancies, and reconciling online sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accuracy in all financial tasks, reducing the risk of errors and ensuring compliance.
  • Efficiently manage financial data, generate reports, and streamline processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial integrity.
  • Manage and reconcile online sales transactions, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing financial records.
  • Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) to efficiently manage transactions and reports.
  • Strong skills in reconciling GRNs, supplier accounts, and bank statements, ensuring all discrepancies are addressed promptly.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
