**Your Role:**

As a Support Worker, you will be instrumental in helping children and young people in our care reach their full potential. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that enables our residents to thrive.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in our care

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and household management

• Participate in person-centred planning and goal setting to promote individual growth and development
