About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Progressor to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in the sales process, working closely with our clients to ensure the smooth progression of deals from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and report on deal progression across multiple sites, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure timely completion.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Utilize your knowledge of the sales process to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or sales-related role, preferably in the estate agency or property development sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in using sales tracking software a plus.
