SALES PROGRESSOR WANTED FOR BUSY ESTATE AGENTS

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Progressor to join our team at Prima Ardelle Associates. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, and other estate agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales pipeline from sale agreed to completion
  • Liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, and other estate agents
  • Work with the sales team to resolve any potential issues
  • Send out memos, chase access calls, and deal with surveyors and renegotiation
  • Help clients complete legal paperwork
  • Organize daily workflow and produce accurate completions projections for directors
Requirements:
  • Experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Previous residential sales or progression experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Good, friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent coordination skills with good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Positive, friendly attitude
