Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Budwood, a local business providing Residential Care and Support to children and young adults with emotional behavioural difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children and young people, as well as an understanding of the issues that face young people in care.

Key responsibilities will include promoting, safeguarding and protecting the welfare of our young people, establishing and maintaining positive and trusting relationships, and working well as part of a team.

A Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent is desirable, but not essential. A full UK driving licence and car are also required, as this role will involve travelling.
