Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler to join our team at Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) in a managed service provider partnership with an Aerospace company near Oxford. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fantastic work environment and contribute to the company's mission to revolutionise the aerospace industry.

The Master Scheduler will be responsible for creating and maintaining production and programme schedules in Oracle P6 / Primavera Cloud, ensuring that production plans are always met while labour capacity is fully utilised. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive identification of opportunities for labour/facility flexing between programmes and products
  • Assessment of progress, tracking, and analysis of the impact of programme or project schedule forecast changes
  • Directing the timely processing of schedule updates and monitoring the accuracy of project schedules
  • Preparation and presentation of monthly S&OP data
  • Maintenance and control of the programme or project schedule baseline
  • Establishment and implementation of standards and best practice across programmes or products

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in planning and scheduling complex tasks within an aerospace or similar industrial environment, with a strong background in Oracle P6 or Primavera Cloud. Additionally, experience working within a SAP environment and the ability to ensure minimal disruption to the production line and consistent performance against production schedules and targets are essential.
