Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) is seeking a skilled Master Scheduler to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining production and programme schedules in Oracle P6 / Primavera Cloud. This will involve working closely with production and sales forecasts to ensure that production plans are always met while labour capacity is fully utilized. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for labour/facility flexing between programmes and products. You will also be responsible for assessing progress, tracking and analysing the impact of programme or project schedule forecast changes to identify threats at the earliest opportunity. Additionally, you will monitor the accuracy of project schedules and version control changes, prepare and present monthly S&OP data, and maintain and control the programme or project schedule baseline to reflect any contracted amendments. The ideal candidate will have previous proven experience of planning and scheduling of complex tasks within an aerospace or similar industrial environment, extensive experience working with Oracle P6 or Primavera Cloud, and experience of working within a SAP environment. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Creation and maintenance of production and programme schedules in Oracle P6 / Primavera Cloud
* Proactive identification of opportunities for labour/facility flexing between programmes and products

* Monitoring of project schedules and version control changes
* Preparation and presentation of monthly S&OP data
* Maintenance and control of programme or project schedule baseline

**Requirements:**

* Previous proven experience of planning and scheduling of complex tasks within an aerospace or similar industrial environment
* Extensive experience working with Oracle P6 or Primavera Cloud
* Experience of working within a SAP environment
