Academic Support Specialist Opportunity at Academics Ltd

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and driven team, supporting the learning of young children and making a positive impact in their lives.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. As an Academic Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the teaching staff, assisting children with special needs, and developing their learning skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the teaching staff in the delivery of lessons across the curriculum
  • Assisting children with ASD, behavioral issues, and learning difficulties
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans to meet the needs of students
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in education or a related field
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a classroom setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £27,500 - £37,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
