About the Role

We are excited to be working with an amazing youth charity in search of a part-time temporary Project Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, your role will be to coordinate a range of projects, events, and engagement activities.

Main Duties:

  1. Drive the organization's work by establishing, growing, and maintaining connections with communities and agencies
  2. Keep up-to-date with wider community, health, and education information to inform our service delivery and service mapping
  3. Coordinate the development of printed and project materials, ensuring consistency across all our initiatives
  4. Leverage resources, time, and experiences to support us in delivering our mission
  5. Develop accessible, targeted outreach campaigns to increase engagement from families and communities on happy, healthy child development
  6. Provide support for other elements of our organization, including group facilitation and triage line services

Requirements:

  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures
  • Experience in developing and managing professional social media accounts
  • Experience in developing and/or delivering community-based initiatives, projects, events, and/or services that empower residents and remove barriers to access
  • Experience in mentoring and/or recruiting volunteers

Salary: £28,000 per annum
