Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Company Overview:

A leading fire protection services provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing work bookings, overseeing diary management and liaising with customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry to project completion
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders and update databases
  • Prepare and issue quotations for services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) and skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Previous experience as a Relationship Account Manager or similar role is essential.
