HR Generalist

Baltic Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join their team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the organization.
Main Responsibilities- Provide HR support in relation to the full employment cycle, including onboarding, immigration, and work permit requirements.
- Assist the organization in delivering a wide range of HR activities and employment terms.
- Participate in local and international HR-related projects, including immigration and work permit applications, recruitment and selection, health and wellbeing, employability, and employer branding.
- Proactive and hands-on approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage challenging operational duties and multiple projects to a precise and accurate standard.
- Intuitive thinker with a natural curiosity and ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders on an international level.
- Extensive HR experience in relation to the full employment cycle, supporting a company in delivering HR activities and employment law.
- Experience in managing HRMIS and producing and interpreting HR reports.
- Understanding and delivery of HR-related projects in line with best practice and employment law.
- A HR qualification and professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) would be an advantage.
- Active in continuous learning in relation to employment law, HR best practice, and own personal development.
- Sound knowledge and experience with post-Brexit visa and immigration requirements.
