About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Assistant to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Care Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their daily lives, helping them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with daily tasks such as personal care, domestic support, and administration of daily medication
  • Encouraging independence and integration in social settings
  • Participating in community activities such as going to the gym, swimming, and using public transport
  • Working in a variety of shifts, including days, sleepovers, waking nights, and weekends

Requirements:

  • An enhanced PVG is required for this role
  • Previous experience is desirable, although full training will be provided
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
