We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Mental Health Lead / Deputy Manager at one of our care homes in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, ensuring that our standards are met and exceeded. You will work closely with the Home Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence, inspiring a multidisciplinary team to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and monitor standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and regulatory compliance checks.
- Develop and deliver strategies to improve care quality and resident outcomes.
- Support the Home Manager in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet individual resident needs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. You will have experience in helping residents with different health needs and a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
