About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and autism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as dressing, washing, and cooking.
  • Participate in activities and hobbies, including trips out and holidays.
  • Encourage individuals to live independently in their own homes and the local community.
  • Administer medication as required.
  • Complete daily care plans and ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met.

Requirements

  • A positive and caring nature.
  • Energetic and understanding.
  • Ability to adapt to difficult situations and be resilient.
  • A good sense of humor.
