About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Delivery Manager to join our team at Blend360. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, driving value for our clients, and building strong working relationships with our technical teams and clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in agile delivery and project governance, with a strong understanding of the analytics project lifecycle. You will be able to lead project planning and re-planning, maintain delivery momentum, and drive business value. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will be presenting to senior stakeholders and contributing to proposal submissions and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery across multiple projects, clients, and capability areas, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Identify blockers, support resolution, and escalate when necessary.
  • Foster a focused technical project team, prioritizing value creation for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and technical teams.
  • Prepare and present presentations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to proposal submissions, business development initiatives, and road-mapping of analytical projects and consultancy.
  • Support the development of the delivery team and delivery team initiatives within Blend360.
Requirements
  • Agile delivery and project governance experience in a commercial setting, with familiarity with Scrum ceremonies.
  • Ability to lead project planning and re-planning, maintaining delivery momentum.
  • Experience in leading delivery for multiple projects end-to-end, with flexibility in approach.
  • Commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder management skills, with demonstrable experience in driving business value.
  • Understanding of the analytics project lifecycle and experience delivering data projects across data engineering, data science, business intelligence, and data strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with practical experience as an analytical translator and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively.
Nice to Have
  • Relevant numerate degree (maths, economics, business, etc.).
  • Technical analytics background.
  • Experience in a consultancy environment, particularly data consultancy and strategy, and across different sectors (e.g., manufacturing, energy, public sector, automotive, and utilities industries).
  • Familiarity with proposal submissions, business development initiatives, and data strategy.
