Job Summary

As a Client Delivery Advocate at iCapital, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of financial reporting and data aggregation tools to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients and partners to resolve data issues and develop and strengthen client relationships through client onboarding, account setup, and day-to-day support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting and Data Aggregation tools: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and data aggregation tools to clients.
  2. Analyze and explain portfolio performance results to clients.
  3. Conduct account level reconciliation, including research and resolution of all breaks, cancels, and corrects.
  4. Analyze private equity and hedge fund statements for input into the system.
  5. Consolidate data from multiple sources and custodians.
  6. Generate reports as needed.
  7. Work with clients and partners to resolve data issues.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree with a concentration in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a similar field.
  2. Excellent customer relations skills.
  3. Able to foster and maintain effective relationships.
  4. Proactively assess and act upon client and company needs.
  5. Well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  6. Highly attentive to detail and accuracy while maintaining an organized approach to duties and responsibilities.
