Senior Hospitality Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hospitality Executive to join our Experience Centre team at Williams Racing. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests, ensuring that every event meets our high standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the rotational lead on internal and external events, including STEM programmes, internal meetings, public events, and partner events.
  • Supervise a small team of Hospitality Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Welcome guests and show them to their meeting/event space, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist with event delivery in relation to staffing levels, rotas, and resourcing for events.
  • Supervise and assist with catering delivery, ensuring that all food and beverage standards are met.
  • Set up and pack down rooms for meetings/events, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Assist with the bar facility, including stock taking, ordering, and presentation.
  • Facilitate tours of the Williams Collection, Factory, Wind Tunnel, and DIL, providing a unique and memorable experience for our guests.
  • Support the supervision of the Williams Experience Centre Reception on a rotational basis with other hosts.
  • Support with the Williams merchandise shop sales and organisation when required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client meetings/events, ensuring that the venue is laid out accordingly.
  • Identify and implement ways to further enhance our guest experience.
  • Manage all stock handling, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Ensure good practice is in place with food waste and clearing away throughout meetings/events, maintaining sustainability requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous proven experience within a client-facing role within professional conferencing, catering, or events.
  • Previous experience working at Supervisor level.
  • Experience with fine dining.
  • Confident with public speaking and liaising with VVIP guests and partners.
  • Experience in both the planning and execution of intimate and large-scale catering events from 2-200 guests.
  • A positive, proactive attitude.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as under own initiative.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.

This role will be based on-site 5 days a week, following a Monday-Sunday work pattern on a rotational basis.
