Care Home Night Nurse Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team in a care home setting. As a night nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the night.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a night nurse, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care, responding to the needs of our residents and supporting them to maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as required.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, responding to emergencies and providing support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse.
- Experience working in a care home or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
