Care Home Night Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Care Home Night Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and develop individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their unique needs are addressed.
- Administer medication, perform medical procedures, and provide wound care as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Conduct regular health checks, monitor vital signs, and report any concerns to the medical team.
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
- Previous experience in a care home setting, preferably with a focus on complex care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resident-centered care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A competitive hourly rate of £25.00.
