Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at Sheridan Maine Careers. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for producing and reviewing financial statements, managing the audit process, and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and SOX controls.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Produce and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards
* Act as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors, managing the audit process and resolving audit queries
* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and SOX controls to ensure compliance and risk management
* Produce technical papers and reports to support business decisions
* Work closely with the finance team to ensure correct accounting treatments and financial reporting

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in a Financial Reporting or Audit Manager role
* Strong technical reporting knowledge (IFRS) and experience with internal controls and SOX
* Qualified ACA / ACCA accountant with a number of years pqe in industry or practice
