Financial Reporting Manager

A dynamic and ambitious Financial Reporting Manager is required to work closely with the Head of Reporting, taking ownership of external financial reporting and the internal controls environment. This role would suit a career-minded practice-trained accountant with some PQE gained in practice or industry looking for their next professional career move. Key Responsibilities:
- Producing and reviewing financial statements.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors, managing the audit process, and resolving audit queries.
- Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and SOX controls.
- Production of technical papers.
- Working with the finance team to ensure correct accounting treatments.
- Ad hoc project work and analysis, as well as supporting and covering for the Head of Reporting.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate experience in a Financial Reporting or Audit Manager role.
- Possess strong technical reporting knowledge (IFRS).
- Ideally have experience of implementing internal controls and SOX.
- Be a qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with a number of years PQE gained in industry or practice.
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full-time without any restrictions.
