Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the service, including wards, offices, bedrooms, and visitor areas.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas are spotless and meet required security standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting visitors and responding to queries in a professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Contribute to a positive culture and help create a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning within a similar environment.
  • Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
