We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Woodmill, a mental health service for women requiring rehabilitation. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas are spotless and meet required security standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
  • Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Good communication and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
