About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our team at BAM Nuttall. As a key member of our digital infrastructure team, you will be responsible for implementing information management and digital strategy on tenders and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Information Management: Develop and implement information management plans to ensure efficient capture, sharing, and use of project information.
  • Digital Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement digital strategies that enhance project delivery and improve business outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver information management and digital infrastructure solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in digital construction and information management.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education: Higher education in construction or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in digital construction, information management, and team leadership.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
