About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Information Manager to join our team at BAM Nuttall. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital information strategies across our projects and tenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the use of digital tools to capture, share, and utilize information to enhance project delivery.
  • Develop and implement systems for information management, sharing, and storage according to security protocols.
  • Manage the Common Data Environment(s) and facilitate training and support.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure supply chain compliance with client and company requirements.
  • Instigate and manage collaboration with IT and support teams to ensure digital systems and working methods are efficient and effective.
  • Prepare and provide reports, analysis, and forecasting as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrates potential to lead in a team environment.
  • Efficiency in time management and achieving goals.
  • Developing management and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Developing experience in digital construction and information management.
  • Awareness of the design and construction industry and the tendering process.
  • Ability to contribute to prequalification and tender submissions.
  • Working knowledge of ISO19650 series.
