We are seeking a Business Expansion Leader to join our team at Air Partner Plc. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business expansion strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial objectives and projects.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and expanding businesses. They will also possess excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Air Partner Plc offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a bonus scheme, pension scheme, and opportunities for career advancement.
