Job Summary:
Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, designing and selling kitchen and bathroom solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding 1-2-1 service to customers, engaging with them from initial enquiry through to delivery of the product.
- Design kitchens and bathrooms for customers, bringing a vision to life in a face-to-face capacity.
- Offer guidance and advice on the latest products and designs, providing a consultative service to customers.
- Visit customers in their home for consultations and measurements, achieving sales and service targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or design role, preferably in a consultative retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team.
- Strong product knowledge and design skills, with the ability to provide technical information as required.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
