Join Our Team as a Travel Money Advisor

We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Money Advisor. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a fantastic experience when purchasing travel money from our in-store bureaus.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading financial services company and be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering excellent customer service. As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be the face of our travel money business and will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing expert advice, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience when purchasing travel money
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide expert advice on travel money products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments
