About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Coastal Care Professional at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing non-medical support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and our care team
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to combat loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
