About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Coastal Care Professional at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing non-medical services to support our clients in maintaining their independence in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team members, ensuring a seamless and personalized care experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
