Job Summary:

Norse Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out basic cleaning duties, including mopping, hoovering, wiping down, and emptying bins.
  • Build relationships with clients and staff on site, providing excellent customer service and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct routine checks and follow health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Report any issues or defects on site to management.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of basic site health and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative.
