Cleaner Position Overview

Norse Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Thetford Academy. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out basic cleaning duties, including mopping, hoovering, and emptying bins.
  • Build relationships with clients on site and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct routine checks and follow health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Report any issues or defects on site.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning or caretaking experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of basic site health and safety is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients on-site.
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative.
