We are seeking a talented English writer to join our team at Outlier, where you will play a crucial role in training generative artificial intelligence models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and rank English text to evaluate AI model responses.
  • Write and rewrite prompts and responses, requiring research and fact-checking skills.
  • Assess the factuality and relevance of text produced by AI models.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a professional writer or editor.
  • Strong English-language skills, including spelling, grammar, and logic.
  • Attention to detail and ability to explain text strengths and weaknesses.
