About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Implementation Engineer to join our team at UNiDAYS. As a key member of our product, engineering, and marketing teams, you will play a critical role in supporting our goals through the maintenance and improvement of digital data capture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement digital data requirements for digital journeys and features, working closely with engineering teams to ensure correct implementation across all platforms, including QA, UAT, and release monitoring.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver or consult on the correct implementation of marketing technology platforms, including the use of Google Tag Manager where required.
  • Lead on data governance for digital data capture, proactively working with analysts and reporting teams to identify data integrity issues and collaborating with engineering teams on resolution.
  • Maintain and improve our existing data capture documentation library to improve self-service for analysts and monitor technical analytical debt.
  • Work with engineering teams on key projects, including developing new overarching measurement approaches and standards.
Requirements
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in working with engineering teams, consulting, and supporting the implementation of tracking solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate stakeholder requirements into engineering-friendly solutions.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience working with Firebase for data capture, owning spec design, UAT, and QA.
  • Basic to intermediate experience working with Google Tag Manager or similar tag management platforms.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience working with digital analytics and MarTech platforms.
  • A solid understanding of marketing technology principles and data pipelines.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics 4, Segment, and Launch Darkly is desirable.
  • Experience working within a product-centric organization and a sprint-focused task environment is desirable.
  • Exposure to a basic understanding of BigQuery for GA4 is desirable.
