**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to join our team as a MIS Administrator. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing various service databases, including student records, personnel records, financial records, and quality assurance records.

**Responsibilities:

- Distributing incoming and outgoing mail

- Photocopying, answering the telephone, and undertaking other general and clerical duties

- Inputting service data into various service databases

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

- GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics

- NVQ Level 3, BTEC Business, or equivalent experience

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Social Media

- Experience in data inputting in a recognised CRM database

- Ability to undertake basic monitoring tasks involving statistical information, financial information, and student records

- Demonstrate an understanding of the policies on Equal Opportunities

- Knowledge of Adult Learning Services
