Manufacturing Specialist for Process Improvement

We Are BX2 Limited is recruiting a Manufacturing Specialist to provide support to production and enable them to produce high-quality products efficiently in the most cost-effective methods.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer and operate in a fast-paced environment to meet challenging deadlines. Experience within a manufacturing environment is essential, with knowledge of materials, particularly polymers, being desirable.
This role offers a salary of up to £55,000 per annum. The working hours are Monday to Friday, with specific times varying by day.
Key Responsibilities- Fully understand the capability of manufacturing equipment and work with maintenance to ensure it's in optimum operating condition at all times.
- Identify potential upgrades to the production area, including manufacturing equipment, to improve process quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with Design and Development and Quality departments to conduct FMEA and implement robust solutions to manufacturing problems.
- Provide daily support to production to meet the production plan and maintain customer on-time delivery.
