Key Responsibilities

As a Building Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing maintenance solutions to our infrastructure, facilities, and buildings. This includes ensuring all areas meet audit standards, identifying opportunities for improving current practices and processes, and diagnosing and repairing faults in domestic water, sanitation systems, and basic electrical installations.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records using our CMMS system and supporting our hygiene team with tasks such as removing and replacing guards to aid in cleaning.

A strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating needs is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining equipment within a utilities or services environment and be skilled in various building maintenance tasks. A strong health and safety awareness is essential for this role.
