Teaching Personnel seeks skilled Education Support Specialists to provide one-to-one tuition to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) requirements, or those who are Looked After Children (LAC).

About the Opportunity

This role involves delivering tailored educational sessions face-to-face with children at their homes or public spaces. Successful applicants will develop lesson plans that cater to each child's needs, focusing on core subjects like Maths, English, and Science.

  • Deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences to children in a supportive environment.
  • Craft lesson plans that address individualised learning objectives and promote academic progress.
Key Responsibilities
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualifications, or relevant SEN/SEMH experience.
  • Foster positive relationships with children and adapt teaching methods to meet their unique needs.
